Miller Millermatic 141 MIG Welder (907612)
The Millermatic 141 MIG welder runs on 120 V and has 140 amps of power. This unit features Auto-Set, which eliminates the uncertainty of setting voltage and wire feed speed. Auto-Set asks you to set the material thickness and wire diameter, and that is it you are ready to weld. Max thickness of 24 gauge -3/16" on this machine.
Automatically provides the right settings to weld mild steel while infinite voltage control allows the flexibility to manually set your own parameters. Manual mode gives you the flexibility to make adjustments or set your own parameters anytime you want for aluminum, stainless steel or mild steel.
This technology provides a smooth, spatter-free start. The best starting machine in the 120V MIG category! No more pop-gun starts or spatter to clean up.
Use 4 or 8 inch (102 or 203mm) spools and can be set up to weld with .024-.030 inch (0.6-0.8 mm) solid wire and .030-.035 inch (0.8-0.9 mm) flux-cored wire. 120V household input power so use your machine at any location!
Auto Spool Gun Detect
Automatically detects when a MIG gun or spool gun is connected eliminating the need for a switch.
Quick Select Drive Roll
Makes setup quicker by offering three grooves - two for different size solid wire and a third for flux-cored wire.
Thermal Overload & 'Tip Saver' Short Circuit Protection
Shuts down the unit and activates the over-temperature light if the airflow is blocked or duty cycle is exceeded. Tip Saver shuts down output when the tip is shorted to the work extending tip life and protecting internal components from damage.
